It usually takes 4-6 wks. I would go back to big fish and ask to talk to some one. Tell them and ask if it has been shipped yet and if so what is the tracking number.
I’d also check whether or not they are actually sending the game or if they expect you to download it from their site.
If it’s the later then they should have sent you an email with the key to unlock the game – they won’t be sending you an actual disc,
