I Purchased Two Games From Big Fish Games… I Won’t Play Them Anymore, Can I Give Them Away…?

Iѕ іt legal tο give mу games away іf I "uninstall" thеm frοm mу computer аnԁ give thе code tο a family member? WіƖƖ іt work аnԁ іѕ іt legal? I don't want tο bе "banned" frοm purchasing more games... thеѕе games аrе јυѕt sitting οn mу computer nοt being used.
Thanks

Drumroll please. And the answer is – it depends. Read the original end user license agreement. For many downloaded games the answer is often no but it will vary entirely. For Big Fish, their license allows 5 seperate PC installations.
“You can install and activate your game a total of 5 times. If you need your codes re-sent, please click here, enter your email address and submit.”

it should work. my friend let me install a big fish game she bought and it worked for both of us! also, if you go on ebay, there quite a few people selling these games. i don’t think you will be “banned’.
