i have the same problem with games like chuzzle, and peggle. Unfortunately, i haven’t figured out a way to counter the problem with chuzzle, though with Peggle, ALT+ENTER works ok.

You can try changing your screen settings. Right click on the desktop anywhere (not on an icon) and select Properties. Then click on the Settings tab and click the Advanced button. Then maybe you can find a utility from the graphics card company that will say what to do when games are using a different resolution.
If all else fails try getting the games from a different site, like gamesocks.com, but there’s only a very very small chance that will make a difference.
